A. The single page view will display all your products on a single very long page to your clients. The categorized view shows just the products from the category they have selected. If that doesn't make sense, just go ahead and change the view in the Admin Panel and then have a look. You can always change it back... with the number of products you have in the store, the categorized view is the best.
